We offer a 24-hour return policy from the date you receive your item. All return requests must be initiated within this period.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • In the original packaging with all tags or seals attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions

  3. Send your return to the original shipping location specified on your package

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Skincare and beauty items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Damaged Items

We are not responsible for packages damaged or delayed in transit. All items are carefully packaged as fragile before shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges .

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
